Q. I've registered a new domain but its pointing to a holding page.

A. You've registered a domain which is now pointing to our default domain or hosting holding page

To get this working with your website on your hosting account you now need to check or update the domain's nameservers. To do this login to your domain account and proceed to manage the domain. Select the option to change the nameservers and choose to use custom nameservers. Then in the fields provided enter the following nameservers:

ns1.mhlists.net
ns2.mhlists.net

The nameserver changes will take several hours to take effect so in the meantime you can create an account for your new domain using your hosting control panel WHM or place a hosting order with us.

If the nameservers are already set then it will be the hosting holding page you're seeing when you visit your domain in your browser.

To see your website login to your account via ftp or cpanel>File Manager and rename the index file in the /public_html folder, then upload your own index.html or index.php file.
